Returns Policy

1. Scope and contact

This policy concerns products supplied by Seventh Sense OÜ. The website itself has no checkout; the applicable sales information must be provided before a purchase is agreed.

For a return or a product issue, email info@7sense.ee or call +372 5593 3291. Include your order or purchase reference and explain the request.

2. Our 30-day voluntary return offer

In addition to applicable statutory rights, we offer a 30-day voluntary return window. Contact us within 30 days after receiving the item to request a voluntary return.

Under this additional offer, the item must be unused or unworn, in the same condition as received, with its original packaging and any supplied tags. Include a receipt or other proof of purchase. The customer pays the return shipping costs.

Contact us for return instructions before sending an item under this voluntary offer. Its additional conditions do not restrict the statutory rights described below or remedies for faulty goods.

3. Statutory withdrawal rights

Where the consumer distance-contract withdrawal right applies, a consumer generally has 14 days from delivery of the goods to notify the trader of withdrawal without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

You can notify us by email or another clear statement. Prior return approval is not a condition for exercising a statutory withdrawal right. Goods generally need to be sent back within 14 days after giving notice of withdrawal, unless we have agreed to collect them.

These statutory rights are separate from the voluntary 30-day offer. Business purchases and other types of contract may have different rules.

4. Condition and return shipping

For statutory withdrawal, handling needed to establish a product’s nature, characteristics and functioning does not by itself remove the right to withdraw. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that necessary assessment, where the law permits.

Please pack returned goods securely and include the accessories. Retaining the original packaging is helpful, but the stricter unused-item and original-packaging conditions of the voluntary offer do not override statutory rights.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. For statutory withdrawal, responsibility for direct return costs depends on the information supplied before the contract and the applicable law. Costs cannot be imposed where the required prior information was not supplied. Faulty-goods remedies follow their own rules.

5. Refunds

Contact us about the refund arrangements for a return under the additional 30-day voluntary offer.

For a statutory withdrawal, reimbursement is due without undue delay and normally no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal. For goods, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or evidence of return is supplied, whichever occurs first, unless the trader has offered to collect them.

Applicable statutory refunds include the standard original delivery cost. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option do not necessarily have to be refunded. Reimbursement normally uses the original payment method unless an alternative is expressly agreed without additional charges.

6. Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

Please contact us with the purchase details and a description of the problem if an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or appears faulty. We will discuss the appropriate next steps and applicable remedies.

Statutory rights relating to non-conforming goods are separate from a change-of-mind return. The voluntary 30-day window does not shorten those rights.
