How does SuperBrain work?
SuperBrain is a telehaptic device designed for blind and visually impaired users — but you don’t have to be blind to use it. SuperBrain doesn’t interact with your eyes at all.
Instead, it delivers haptic feedback to your forehead, creating what we call “haptic vision.” In simple terms, SuperBrain lets you feel surrounding objects, motion, speed, and distance through touch.
Using 3D cameras, SuperBrain scans the environment and converts it into a “haptic space.” That space is then translated into a haptic image on your forehead via a special haptic mat.
In the video, you’ll see a visual representation of what a person feels when using SuperBrain. At the bottom of the screen, you can observe how the forehead responds while walking around different objects. The white highlights show where pressure is being applied.
How does 30 days buy back guarantee work?
We work with distributors in many countries, but if you don’t live near any of our partners, you can always order a device directly from our webshop.
We offer a 30-day buy-back guarantee on all webshop orders, giving you plenty of time to try and test the device on your own. To help you get started, we also provide an online onboarding session where we guide you through using SuperBrain.
If you decide that SuperBrain is not for you, you can return it within 30 days from the day you receive the device, and we’ll refund your payment.
As long as you’ve shipped the device back within the 30-day period, you’re still eligible for a return — shipping time is not included in the 30 days.
Once we receive the device, we’ll inspect its condition. If everything is in order and there are no faults, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
What is the difference between SuperBrain 1 and Lite?
Superbrain Lite is a more affordable version of Superbrain 1. It keeps all the important features that make it a game-changer for people who are visually impaired or blind. With Superbrain Lite, you get revolutionary Remote Sense Of Touch™ and HaptiSpace™, plus downloadable hApps. Although it does not include a thermal camera or support third-party development, it is otherwise very similar to Superbrain 1. And yes, it is a bit lighter too!
Do you ship in my country?
We have partners in many countries, including across Asia, as well as in Germany, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Iceland, and Canada.
If there are no partners near you or in your country, you can still purchase SuperBrain from our webshop. We ship globally, with an average delivery time of 2–4 business days.
How do I get after service?
If you experience any issues with the device, the fastest support is available through our local partners. You can also contact us directly at info@7sense.ee, and we’ll provide any assistance you need.
All software updates and most issues can be resolved remotely from home. Please ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection to avoid any interruptions.
In case of hardware-related problems, the device may need to be shipped to our headquarters in Estonia. If this is necessary, please email us at info@7sense.ee, and we will help arrange the shipping process.
